In fact, children are welcomed in Access Bars Classes and under 16yr olds can attend an Access Bars class for free and qualify as an Access Bars practitioner. So gentle that it’s wonderful as a treatment for children. It’s a powerful process and yet very gentle. The action of running Bars creates space.
